Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing Gen AI applications utilizing LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and multimodal models. - Developing engineering strategies, fine-tuning models, and optimizing outputs for accuracy and relevance. - Building and deploying AI pipelines for text, image, audio, and video generation. - Integrating AI models into existing systems through APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and more. - Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven features. - Conducting experiments, evaluating models, and enhancing performance using RLHF, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Staying abreast of emerging trends in AI research, model architectures, and generative technologies. - Ensuring adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model governance policies. Mandatory Skill Sets: - Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers (Hugging Face). - Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, and RAG frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex.
