About the role
You will be part of the Advisory line of service at PwC, where you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Your role as a Senior Manager will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities: - Lead or support SAP EAM module implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP EAM functionalities. - Configure and manage key SAP EAM components such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Equipment and Functional Location Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Order Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Breakdown and Notification Handling, and Refurbishment and Calibration processes. - Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, QM) for seamless integration. - Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices. - Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance. - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to asset performance and maintenance efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 48 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module. - Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes. - Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. - Familiarity with integration points with MM, FI, and other modules. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
