Workday Functional Consultant

Responsibilities Leading the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions Analyzing intricate issues to develop practical solutions Mentoring and guiding junior team members Building and maintaining productive client relationships Developing a thorough understanding of the business context Navigating complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical knowledge Upholding exceptional standards in deliverables Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources to deliver quality work What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions. Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration. Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields Knowledge of Workday Security. Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
