Overview The role of a NextJS developer is crucial within our organization as they are responsible for creating and maintaining web applications using NextJS, ensuring the highest level of functionality and optimization. Key Responsibilities - Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and Next.js specific features. - Building efficient, testable, and reusable front-end systems using Next.js and React. - Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows. - Designing and implementing APIs for Next.js applications. - Monitoring and troubleshooting application performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features. - Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies. - Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Proven work experience as a NextJS developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Experience with React.js and Next.js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux). - Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3. - Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS. - Knowledge of integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. - Experience working in an Agile development setting. .
