Role Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you will be responsible for building applications and interfaces to bring AI capabilities to life. Your focus will be on implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI within robust full-stack applications. You will play a crucial role in leveraging AI to solve real recruitment challenges and impact how companies hire talent. Key Responsibilities: - Implement AI-Powered Features: Integrate Generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications - Build End-to-End Solutions: Develop frontend experiences and backend services leveraging AI - Create Scalable Architectures: Design systems that can scale with the user base growth - Optimize Performance: Ensure responsive applications even during complex AI operations - Enhance User Experiences: Translate advanced AI capabilities into accessible interfaces - Drive Technical Excellence: Set code quality standards and engineering practices - Collaborate Across Functions: Work with product, design, and data teams for cohesive solutions - Solve Complex Challenges: Apply technical creativity to AI-powered recruitment problems Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of full-stack development experience in building production applications - Experience in implementing and integrating Generative AI into web applications - Expertise in either Django/React or Node.js/React technology stacks - Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) - Proven track record of building performant and scalable web applications - Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development - Solid understanding of software architecture principles - Product-oriented mindset in engineering decisions - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities - Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Additional Company Details: At PyjamaHR, we are creating recruitment software that integrates cutting-edge LLMs and Generative AI technologies to transform how companies hire talent.
