Engineering Manager - AI || Hybrid (Female Candidates only)

Job Overview We are hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and operating productiongrade GenAI and agentic AI solutions that power global products and services. This is a handson leadership role combining deep AI/ML engineering expertise with team management and stakeholder collaboration , ensuring secure, scalable, and observable AI systems that deliver measurable value. Key Highlights Lead and mentor AI engineers, setting standards and driving innovation. Architect and implement GenAI/agentic AI solutions using GCP Vertex AI and Microsoft AI / Azure AI Foundry . Embed MLOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, infra as code, monitoring, incident response). Ensure security, privacy, and governance across AI solutions. Collaborate with global teams to shape AI roadmaps and deliver business impact. Candidate Profile Strong handson experience with AI/ML/LLM solutions in production . Proven leadership of AI/ML engineering teams in global setups. Deep expertise in Vertex AI, agentic workflows, and LLM fundamentals . Solid grounding in security, compliance, and observability . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
