Key Responsibilities: Responding to trouble tickets Deploying laptops & desktops Organizing inventory and maintaining IT Lab Troubleshooting Lab & office equipment Working closely with developers from multiple teams, QA and other engineers, while taking direction from product and team management Provide 24x7 production support as needed for critical releases and product launches. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 1 or more years of work experience. Experience with software and cloud tools such as: Azure AD, Office 365, Share Point Experience with the Atlassian suite of collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with multiple server operating systems including Linux (all distros), ., Windows Server Knowledge and experience with AWS services, S3 Experience and comfort working in Agile work environments. Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured documentation, and effectively communicate with developers, external contacts, and leadership.
