Key Responsibilities: Requirement discussion with bank business team to identify business requirement Technical requirement discussion related to system integration and performance Perform feasibility study for complex requirements Perform impact analysis for complex requirements Leading technical discussions with bank architects to do solution design Testing of developed solution and demonstration to client. Managing a team of 2-8 talents Provide guidance to the team Good communication skill (oral and written) . Knowledge of local language would be an added advantage. Good analytical skills. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 7+ years of experience in Java, J2EE Technologies Good knowledge of Oracle database from J2EE development perspective UX Technologies Angular JS Good knowledge of application servers like Jboss & WebLogic Development of UI in Polymer JS and development of Rest API as per bank's requirement. Automate build set up using Jenkins tools and source control maintenance using GitHuB Good understanding of SDLC and Agile life cycles Knowledge of US banking practices would be an additional advantage.
