Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD, internal platforms) Partner closely with LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement, driving adoption and best practices across teams Monitor and optimize tool usage, efficiency, and performance outcomes Establish and drive best practices for GenAI usage, including prompt engineering and workflow integration Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Strong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python) Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP, GCP) GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have) Hands-on experience with: Devin Claude / Anthropic models Developer tools like Cursor / Copilot-equivalent tools Strong understanding of: Prompt engineering RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Agent-based workflows / tool usage Multi-agent architectures MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations Agentic services and autonomous AI workflows, including orchestration, tool chaining, and decision-driven execution across systems.
