Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: - Apigee, Apigee X Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams. An experienced API/platform development engineer with Apigee hybrid migration experience, strong proxy development skills, Kubernetes and scripting capability, and the ability to work directly within a team environment. Core technical skillsets Apigee hybrid / Apigee X experience: hands-on proxy migration, runtime, environments, deployment patterns, and operational troubleshooting API proxy development: building, refactoring, and migrating proxies; shared flows; policies; flow hooks; target endpoints; fault handling Cluster scripting / automation: scripting for deployment, configuration, environment setup, and operational tasks in Linux-based or cloud-native environments Kubernetes fundamentals: understanding of clusters, namespaces, pods, deployments, config maps, secrets, ingress, and troubleshooting CI/CD tooling: experience with pipeline-based deployment, version control, and release automation Cloud platform familiarity: Azure/AWS is ideal, but adjacent cloud experience helps if they understand containerized deployments and infrastructure automation Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, auth patterns, transformations, backend connectivity, and API lifecycle support Our client is a leading Defense industry a nd we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
