About the job Cloud administrator Experience and Skills As primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are looking for someone that has experience as follows. At least 2 to 3 years experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities. Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions Must be across Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder and Email studio Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms .
