Job Description Civil Engineer Position Civil Engineer Company Pyramid Infratech Work Location Alban Project, Sector 71, Gurugram Experience Required 4+ Years Employment Type Full-Time About the Role Pyramid Infratech is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Alban Project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction with strong technical knowledge of Mivan construction and structural execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion of work, and adherence to safety and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and project schedule. Monitor and manage structural construction activities including RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing. Execute and supervise Mivan formwork activities while ensuring quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and project management teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor performance. Resolve technical issues arising during construction. Ensure work is completed within budget and project timelines. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at the site. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects. Strong hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology . Good understanding of structural works , RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation will be an added advantage.
