Senior Python AI/ML Engineer

As a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and productionizing AI systems by designing and implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows. - Developing PoCs and scaling them into production by rapidly prototyping AI/ML solutions and evolving them into scalable and reliable services. - Integrating LLMs into real business workflows by working with APIs, orchestration frameworks, and model providers to embed LLM capabilities across applications. - Designing intelligent systems, focusing on end-to-end architecture including data flow, prompt orchestration, memory, evaluation, guardrails, and feedback loops. - Bridging R&D and engineering by translating research ideas and business problems into working AI systems that can be deployed, monitored, and iteratively improved. - Driving AI adoption across the organization by collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation. Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development. - Advanced proficiency in Python. - Strong understanding of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Expertise in at least one LLM (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA). - Solid foundation in Data Science and statistical modeling. - Experience with Agentic Workflows using LangChain-based agents. - Hands-on experience with LangGraph. - Deep understanding of fine-tuning techniques for LLMs. - Hands-on experience with Transformer architecture and its evolution from earlier models.
