About the role
As a Senior Product Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Your expertise in backend development, architecture, and cloud technologies will be essential in ensuring the scalability and performance optimization of our systems. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Contributing to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. - Deploying and managing applications in the cloud using AWS services. - Designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps. - Providing mentorship and conducting code reviews for junior engineers. - Ensuring version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket). To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. - Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies. - Strong knowledge of database design and optimization. - Proficiency in Git-based collaboration workflows. Nice-to-have skills include: - Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Additionally, you will be working in a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of 1,500,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
