About the role
As a Product Engineer 2, you will be a key member of the engineering team in Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Contributing to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. - Deploying and managing applications in the cloud using AWS services. - Designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps. - Providing mentorship and conducting code reviews for junior engineers. - Ensuring version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket). Required Skills: - Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. - Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies. - Strong knowledge of database design and optimization. - Proficiency in Git-based collaboration workflows. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
