Senior AR Consultant

As a Product Engineer 2 at our company in Pune, India, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Your role will involve contributing to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization, deploying and managing applications in the cloud using AWS services, designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and ensuring version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket). Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. - Deploy and manage applications in the cloud using AWS services. - Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps. - Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews for junior engineers. - Ensure version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket). Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. In this role, you are required to have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms, hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, strong knowledge of database design and optimization, and proficiency in Git-based collaboration workflows. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture, knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
