About the role
Role Overview: At QAD, you will be a Senior Software Engineer responsible for implementing and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS products. You will play a key role in designing and developing new models and procedures for the next generation platform. Your focus will be on building Adaptive Applications and Champion AI to drive productivity and growth in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Independently design, implement, and lead the development of scalable web application features - Provide solutions to complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks - Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-team code reviews - Optimize code and system architecture for performance and scalability - Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver world-class enterprise SaaS products - Take initiative to anticipate future needs and improvements Qualifications Required: - Mastery in Data Structures & Algorithms - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts - Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies and backend programming - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases - Proficiency with Git - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience Additional Company Information: QAD is redefining manufacturing and supply chains through its intelligent, adaptive platform.
