Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Anoud Technologies, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in complex Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or FinTech applications, with a preference for those with Insurance domain experience. Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and user needs. - Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Design responsive web and mobile experiences. - Simplify complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders. - Build and maintain design systems and reusable components. - Conduct usability reviews and recommend UX improvements. - Ensure accessibility and usability best practices. Required Skills: - 710 years of UI/UX Design experience. - Strong expertise in Figma. - Experience with Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and User Research. - Strong understanding of responsive design and enterprise application design. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Education (Preferred): - Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) preferred. - Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines. - Candidates with strong UX portfolios and enterprise product design experience will also be considered regardless of educational background.
