Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work workplace. - Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Java development projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines. - Architecture and Design: Develop and implement robust and scalable software architectures. Design and review system architectures to ensure they align with business needs and best practices. - Coding and Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code. Review and approve code changes from team members. - Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development.
