Python Developer - Flask Framework

Key Responsibilities Application Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications primarily using Python with a strong focus on the Flask framework . API Development: Design and develop robust RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities. Database Management: Work extensively with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL , including writing and optimizing queries. Coding Standards: Adhere to and champion engineering best practices, focusing on delivering clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Agile & DevOps Integration: Fully embrace Agile, Test Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps practices as an integral part of the development lifecycle. Collaboration & Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex systems and resolve challenges. Business Acumen: Develop a keen interest in understanding the underlying business processes to inform technical solutions. Mandatory Skills Strong experience as a Python developer. Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Flask. Experience with developing RESTful APIs . Experience with Databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL . Proficiency in JavaScript . Familiarity and commitment to Agile, Test Driven Development, and DevOps practices . A focus on engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code . Good communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Keen interest in understanding how the business works. Passion for learning and innovation. Good to Have Skills Experience with React framework . Experience with GitLab, ARM templates, or Terraform .
