About the role
We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to maintain and administer our computer networks. You'll handle network hardware, software, disaster recovery, and security measures, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure smooth Responsibilities: - Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, and software - Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations - Implement network security and resolve system issues - Troubleshoot and replace faulty network hardware components - Monitor network performance and configure virus protection software Qualifications: - Robust understanding of network infrastructure and hardware - Ability to troubleshoot and administer network devices (WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches) - Knowledge of network infrastructure protocols Experience: 6 months to 1 year Salary: Up to 2.0 LPA Location: Hyderabad Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Work from Office) Openings: 10 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Shift: - Day shift Experience: - Desktop support: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person .
