About the role
Role Overview: As a Manager BI & Analytics at QI Spine, you will play a strategic role in building and leading the data and intelligence function of the organization. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute the BI & Analytics strategy to support QI Spine's rapid growth plans. You will work closely with various departments to identify critical information gaps, implement data strategies, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of the data platform, building reports and dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data initiatives align with business objectives. Additionally, you will champion a data-driven culture and stay updated on the latest BI & analytics trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, refine, and execute the BI & Analytics strategy to align with QI Spine's growth plans. - Conduct comprehensive data needs analysis across all departments to identify critical information gaps and opportunities. - Design and implement an integrated data roadmap encompassing data collection, storage, and transformation. - Introduce innovative data technologies and platforms to enhance analytical capabilities. - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the data platform, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting infrastructure. - Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor business health and KPIs. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for all stakeholders. - Oversee deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. - Provide actionable insights on patient behavior, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. - Lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics to forecast business performance and optimize strategies. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure data initiatives align with performance metrics and business objectives. - Partner with the People function on talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives. - Establish and monitor key BI & analytics metrics and present compelling reports on data-driven insights to senior leadership. - Champion a strong data-driven culture across the organization and stay updated on BI & analytics trends. Qualifications Required: - 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related field. - Extensive experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling. - Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. - Proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization, and storytelling. - Experience in a programming language like Python or R is a plus. - Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles. - Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
