Job Title: Backend Developer (Node.js & Express.js) Company : Qikberry Technologies Pvt Ltd Location : Chennai Experience : 2-3 Years Availability : Immediate Joiner Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, API integration, and working with version control and project management tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Zoho Sprints. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js and Express.js Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party systems Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices Work with databases (MongoDB / MySQL) for data storage, retrieval, and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Use GitHub for version control and code review processes Track and update tasks regularly in Jira and Zoho Sprints Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js Practical experience with REST API development Knowledge of databases like MongoDB or MySQL Experience working with GitHub, Jira, and Zoho Sprints Understanding of server-side logic, authentication, and middleware Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields 2-3 years of relevant backend development experience Additional Requirements: Immediate joiner preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer: Competitive salary.
