Design Consultant/Principal Design Consultant - Pharmacovigilance Technology Solutions

As a client facing Design Consultant/Principal Design Consultant, your role involves defining the functional requirements and configuration for pharmacovigilance technology solutions using products such as Qinecsa Vigilance Workbench platform, Reportum & HALOPV. You will own part or all of the functional solution design through the full implementation lifecycle, lead client workshops, gather requirements, and collaborate closely with technical engineers and testing staff for successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse, gather, and document client business requirements. - Translate client requirements into product configuration decisions and document specifications accordingly. - Document functional requirements for data migrations and customisations when necessary. - Lead functional impact assessments of new product versions on existing client solutions during upgrade projects. - Support Incident investigations and change requests as part of BAU services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client business and regulatory requirements. - Lead or support RFPs, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution development activities. - Conduct market research, synthesis, and data analysis for insights and business cases. - Prepare presentations and deliverables for stakeholders. - Execute project plans and deliver outcomes with global teams. - Contribute to capability building, asset reuse, and thought leadership. Essential Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business information systems, biology, nursing, epidemiology, or similar. - Experience in client-facing software implementation in a design role. - Understanding of PV practices and computer system validation in life sciences. - Ability to lead small teams to meet timelines. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: - Experience with Healthcare or Life Sciences SaaS applications. - Familiarity with signal detection, cloud-based solutions, and life sciences industry practices. - Practical understanding of signal detection and signal management processes. - Significant experience in the pharma, CRO, or software vendor industry.
