Gen AI Engineer

Position: Gen AI Engineer (High Priority Requirement) Experience: 6–8 Years Location: OnsiteOnsite/Hybrid- Mumbai, Pune, Kochi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad Job Description We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in Python development, Azure cloud services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks and Azure AI services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Azure AI Services and OpenAI models. Build and optimize RAG-based solutions leveraging vector databases and semantic search. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python. Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models into enterprise applications. Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation strategies. Work with Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning. Develop AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments. Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed in AI implementations. Required Skills 6–8 years of overall IT experience. Strong programming experience in Python. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services. Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Studio. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience in building RAG pipelines. Knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.). Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques. Experience in REST API development and microservices architecture. Understanding of AI model evaluation and monitoring. Preferred Skills Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent Frameworks. Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines. Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
