About the role
Job Description We are looking for a Rewards Engineer (Software Developer) with 2 4 years of experience who can execute end-to-end technical solutions. The candidate should be self-driven, capable of understanding the technical solution/product delivered to end clients, and able to manage both client perspectives and internal stakeholder collaboration. The role involves designing, executing, and implementing scalable technology solutions aligned with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities Design, define, and execute project solution plans and revise them as required to meet project objectives. Execute project solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps . Organize programs into workstreams, develop execution plans, and manage dependencies. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define technical scope and objectives, and align solutions with business needs across the SDLC lifecycle . Collaborate with designers, managers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into system requirements. Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state requirements. Review manual operational processes to drive requirement gathering, documentation, and process improvement. Required Skills Java Spring Boot Microservices Architecture MySQL Cloud Technologies Kafka / Event-Driven Systems REST APIs Agile (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) SDLC System Integration Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field , or equivalent experience. 2 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer working on small to large-scale applications. Experience building integrations with multiple internal systems using service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience working in shared service environments Exposure to large-scale enterprise systems Client-facing or stakeholder management experience Notice Period Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Work Mode Remote
