Sr. Tableau Developer

As a Tableau Developer with 6 to 7 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance of Tableau visualizations and reports. - User group Security: Implement security measures to ensure data protection and access control. - Dashboard Development: Create new dashboards with interactive visualizations for data analysis. - Revamp Existing Dashboards: Redesign current dashboards to improve usability, performance, and aesthetics. - LOD Dashboard Development: Define the granularity of data, metrics, drill-downs, and reporting views for Level of Detail dashboards. - Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships. - Leading Team & Guiding Juniors: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in Insurance/ Banking domain projects is preferred. - Ability to lead a team and mentor junior developers. - Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
