About the role
As a highly skilled Principal Consultant/SME at Qodequay, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within SAP environments. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for contributing to the development of the overall strategy for the consulting organization. Your role involves engaging with strategic levels to understand their business objectives and align solutions accordingly. Additionally, you will lead the design and architecture of complex solutions, oversee quality assurance, establish project governance standards, provide mentorship to consultants, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for the consulting organization - Engage with strategic levels to understand business objectives and align solutions accordingly - Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions - Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiency improvements - Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations - Establish and enforce project governance standards - Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects - Conduct training sessions for internal teams - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization - Communicate project updates, strategic insights, and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders - Proficient in ABAP development, customization, and configuration - Develop and execute data migration strategies - Work on integrating SAP modules with other applications and systems - Develop and customize user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5 technologies - Design and implement SAP workflows to automate business processes - Optimize the performance of SAP systems - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems - Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and custom developments Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - SAP Certified Application Professional - Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP technical consulting - Experience in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA - Proficiency in SAP ABAP development - Strong knowledge of SAP customization, configuration, and data migration - Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development, workflow development, and performance tuning - Familiarity with SAP HANA and integration with other applications/systems Join Qodequay's exciting journey and be a part of a culture that fosters talent, high-quality performance, and innovation.
