System Administrator & Network Engineer

WE ARE HIRING Position: System Administrator & Network Engineer Experience: 12 Years (Minimum) Location: Thane / Mumbai (FULL-TIME ON-SITE | NO WFH) Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (depending on experience) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and proactive System Administrator & Network Engineer to manage our office IT infrastructure. This role involves networking, hardware setup, end-user support, and keeping systems running smoothly. Perfect for someone who enjoys practical technical work. This is a 100% in-office role. Candidates staying in Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or nearby areas are preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage local networking routers, switches, LAN cables, patch panels and related hardwareMaintain and configure load balancer / multi-ISP setups for redundancy and high availability (training will be provided)Troubleshoot and support Windows, Linux and macOS machines (hardware + software issues)Install, configure and update operating systems and applications as requiredPerform LAN cabling work punching down cables, extending/reducing cable length, crimping RJ45 connectors, cable testing and managementMonitor network connectivity, identify connection drops, diagnose issues and fix them quicklyAssemble and set up new PCs install motherboard, RAM, PSU, GPU and other components with proper BIOS/UEFI configurationFollow IT security best practices, quality standards, documentation and asset management Requirements 12 years hands-on experience in System Administration, IT Support, Desktop Support or Network SupportGood practical knowledge of LAN, routers, switches and basic networkingExperience with network cable termination (punching + crimping) and physical network troubleshootingHands-on experience in PC hardware assembly and BIOS setupComfortable troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Linux and macOSStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Must be willing to work 100% from office (No WFH) Should be currently staying in Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or nearby areas Good to have Exposure to multi-WAN / load balancing setups (willingness to learn is enough)Any networking or system admin certification (CCNA, Network+ etc.) not mandatory Selection Process Telephonic Screening Technical Round (Knowledge + Practical) HR / Final Round Only immediate joiners (or candidates who can join within 715 days) will be considered.
