Were Hiring: Senior Salesforce & SAP Integration Lead Life Sciences / Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) Location: Remote – India Experience: 10–15 Years Contract: 6–12 Months | High likelihood of extension Shift: US West Coast Hours – Approx. 3:00/4:00 PM to 11:00 PM/12:00 AM IST Joining: Immediate / ASAP We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce & SAP Integration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) and SAP S/4HANA / SAP CGTO integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise solutions within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) domain and will lead the design and integration of critical patient and product orchestration workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) solutions for Cell & Gene Therapy workflows. Configure workflows for Hospital/Treatment Center onboarding, Patient Registration, Treatment Tracking, and Order Management. Implement Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) tracking and reporting. Develop hands-on solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce DX. Architect integrations between Salesforce ATM, SAP CGTO, and SAP S/4HANA. Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations using SAP CPI or equivalent platforms. Support integrations covering Patient Registration, Order Management, Status Management, Product Transfer, Carrier Logistics, and Proof of Delivery (POD). Troubleshoot complex integration and data-consistency issues. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring. Manage Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce environments, and deployment processes. Support testing, technical documentation, and GxP qualification/validation activities. Required Skills 10–15 years of overall enterprise software experience Minimum 8+ years of hands-on technical development experience Strong Salesforce development expertise – Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Process Automation & Salesforce DX Hands-on Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) or strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience Salesforce integration experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience with SAP CGTO – Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration highly preferred Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience SAP CPI or equivalent enterprise middleware experience Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biotech domain experience Understanding of GxP-regulated environments Strong technical leadership and architecture capabilities Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with US stakeholders Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II – Mandatory Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer – Highly Preferred SAP Development / Integration Certification – Added Advantage Preferred Domain Experience Candidates with direct experience in Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT), Advanced Therapy Management, COI/COC, patient orchestration, medical device/product tracking, or pharmaceutical manufacturing ecosystems will be strongly preferred.
