Education : MCA/ BE/ BTech (Preferably CS/IT) Technical Skills Required Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript and React Native Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration Familiarity with security best practices Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Experience with performance optimization techniques Ability to work effectively in Agile and with cross-functional teams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous mentoring or leadership experience is a plus A degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field Soft Skills Required Clarity of thought Sincere Proactive Self-Motivated Logical bent of mind (Analytical) Team player Flexible/adaptable
