Senior Software Engineer (Python)

As a Senior Python Developer at our company, your role will involve being hands-on in building scalable and distributed web/mobile products. You will have the opportunity to design architecture, review code, and deploy applications to contribute to the success of our technology projects. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product development process right from the initial stages. - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. - Take part in software architecture discussions and provide mentorship to a team of developers. - Engage in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshoot to maintain system uptime effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a reputed college. - 3+ years of experience in back-end development using Python or Golang, preferably in a startup or dynamic work environment. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for high-performance systems. - Familiarity with asyncio, eventloop, and uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks like Quart, Fastapi, or Starlette is desirable. - Understanding of AWS services, caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcache), ELK stack, and mySQL databases. - Strong grasp of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores. - Customer-centric approach, adaptability to changes, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
