The role requires expertise in setting up and managing complex LAN switching environments, along with configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. Additionally, responsibilities extend to operating system installations, and hardware and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in managing Windows servers, Active Directory (AD), and shared folders is essential, including user management within AD.
