Job Description Product Manager Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and define product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products using Agile methodologies. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and user stories. Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles to ensure timely delivery. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. Work closely with development teams to ensure product quality, performance, and scalability. Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and recommend enhancements based on data and user feedback. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for product innovation. Perform impact analysis for change requests and ensure effective risk management throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in software development and product management, with at least 23 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role. BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, Master's in IT, or equivalent. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams building web and enterprise applications. Technical understanding of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Functional knowledge of E-commerce, SaaS, Enterprise Applications, Internet Technologies, or Digital Products. Experience in the Travel & Tourism domain is preferred but not mandatory.
