Project Lead/Project Manager-Dotnet

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects using Agile processes and Sprints. You will oversee a team of 7 to 10 individuals, focusing on .Net-based projects and product development for Portals and Collaboration. Your tasks will include analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing software systems while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Additionally, you will create and maintain functional and technical specifications for the projects. You will also be involved in code review, application tuning, and optimization. Estimation for project proposals, sizing, hardware requirements, and costing will be part of your responsibilities. You will engage in onsite and offsite client interactions, as well as team management. Ensuring that project documents are complete and organized in VSS/Resp Source Code library will be crucial. Identifying resource needs, assigning tasks to team members effectively, and enforcing coding standards will be essential. Moreover, you will lead by example, mentoring team members to support their professional growth. Managing interactions with internal and external clients to understand their needs, set realistic expectations, and deliver tailored solutions will be key. Conducting risk/impact analysis for change requests is also part of the role. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Project Lead in an onsite/offshore development company. - MCA / MTech / Master in IT or equivalent. - Experience in Architecture & Database Designing. - Proficiency in .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net, JavaScript, MVC, Web services, and SQL Server. - Functional Area Knowledge in E-Commerce, Internet Technologies, Application Development, and Maintenance. - Experience in the travel and tourism industry domain is preferred but not mandatory.
