Divisional Head SCM Planning Systems

Lead the end-to-end IT strategy and execution for Advanced Planning Systems (APS) , with a primary focus on O9 implementation across multi-geography operations. This role drives the integration of O9 with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring robust system architecture, seamless data flows, and scalable planning capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Own the IT architecture and data flow design for O9-based supply chain planning systems. Collaborate with business COEs, SIs, and IT teams to align O9 with S/4 HANA transformation . Lead integration, data quality, and governance across platforms. Manage technical design, testing, and stabilization of APS tools. Act as IT SME for SCM transformation initiatives; drive automation and system enhancement. Key Requirements: 12+ years in SCM IT, with hands-on experience in O9/Blue Yonder implementations (min 2). Strong functional knowledge of demand/supply/inventory planning. Expertise in SAP ECC/S4 integration with APS tools. Proven stakeholder management and project governance skills. Education: Bachelor's/Masters in IT, Supply Chain, or Business with IT focus.
