About the role
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Implementing software design principles such as MVC, data structures, graph data, algorithms, design patterns, multithreading, caching, and recursion. - Driving performance optimization and cost efficiency through deep profiling and memory-aware engineering. - Establishing production-grade CI/CD testing processes. The qualifications required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of Java, including class loading, garbage collection, Java Collections API, Reflections API, Java Streams, and Functional Programming. - Ability to work with Coding Agents like AMP and Claude Code. - Proficiency in common Java frameworks such as Spring, JSR303, Logback, Junit, and Apache Commons. - Solid understanding of Relational Databases and SQL (DB2) as well as NoSQL Databases (MongoDB). In addition to the above qualifications, familiarity with Azure cloud stack, Databricks, Snowflake BPMN, DMN, and Camunda 7/8 is desired for this role.
