Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of SAP implementation and support experience. The consultant will be responsible for S/4HANA remediation, production support, incident resolution, business process optimization, enhancements, and continuous improvement across Production Planning and Quality Management processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP PP and QM, extensive experience in S/4HANA conversion/remediation projects, and the ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional consultants. Key Responsibilities S/4HANA Remediation Analyze existing S/4 HANA business processes and custom developments. Identify S/4HANA functional impacts and remediation requirements. Perform fit-gap analysis. Validate Simplification Items impacting PP/QM. Recommend standard S/4HANA functionality. Support custom code remediation from functional perspective. Validate Fiori app adoption. Support data validation and reconciliation. Conduct regression testing and business validation. Application Support (AMS) Resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA. Analyze recurring production issues. Perform root cause analysis. Support month-end and year-end activities. Handle critical production issues. Coordinate with SAP Basis and technical teams. Participate in on-call support when required. Integration Strong integration knowledge with: MM / SD / WM / Stock Room Management EWM FICO Barcode/RF Solutions Change Requests Analyze business requirements / Prepare functional specifications. Coordinate with ABAP developers. Perform unit testing / Support SIT/UAT. Manage transports. Prepare deployment documentation. Documentation Prepare and maintain: Functional Specifications / Configuration Documents Test Scripts / KT Documents SOPs / Process Flows Defect Logs / RCA Documents Stakeholder Management Work with business process owners. Conduct workshops. Provide user training. Coordinate with offshore / onsite teams. Support project governance meetings.
