Senior Program Manager & Power & Performance

As a Software/Technology Senior Program Manager at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and delivery of software across multiple technology areas and product segments for Qualcomm SOCs. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge software and hardware technologies and collaborate with various impacting technology areas such as Core Tech, HLOS, Modem, Connectivity & Multimedia, as well as hardware and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across multiple tech teams and customer connections. - Establish a clear Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritization. - Implement rigorous execution discipline and communication processes including risk management, tracking schedule trends, recovery actions, and stakeholder communications. - Develop program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines. - Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes supporting disciplined product development and decision-making. - Develop and establish processes to streamline the development cycle and integrate multiple plans, dependencies, and deliverables effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience. - Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree in EE/ECE/CS or related field. - 14-18 years of combined experience in Engineering and Project/Program Management. - Desired: Bachelors degree in engineering: EE/ECE/CS, or related field. Skills/Experience: - 8+ years of experience and domain knowledge in Semiconductor, Wireless/Telecommunication industry. - Experience in Automotive domain, ASPICE process, and Functional Safety is an advantage. - Sound knowledge of Embedded systems and associated SW design & development. - 4+ years of Project/Program/Engineering Management experience. - Experience in Agile project planning and management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience managing complex cross-disciplinary programs. - Experience with reporting and presentation tools (MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, Tableau, JIRA, Bug/Issue trackers, Resource/Task trackers). - Preferred Skillset: PMP Certification.
