About the role
Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and automated DevSecOps architectures aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab , including multi-stage Pipeline-as-Code implementations. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT) practices with integrated quality gates. Build and deploy containerized and serverless applications on AWS using Kubernetes and microservices. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to streamline software delivery. Drive automation across build, deployment, testing, monitoring, and infrastructure management. Mentor DevOps engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams. Support production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve platform reliability. Ensure DevSecOps processes comply with security, governance, and audit standards. Define, monitor, and improve DevOps performance metrics, including DORA Metrics . Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance DevSecOps capabilities. Good to Have – MLOps Understanding of end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Exposure to integrating ML workflows into CI/CD pipelines. Basic knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar ML platforms. Understanding of model performance monitoring, data drift, and concept drift. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps. At least 2+ years of technical leadership experience. Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD and DevSecOps toolchains. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certification. Hands-on experience with AWS Fargate, CloudWatch, and AWS Secrets Manager. Strong expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, and Ansible. Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of networking, cloud security, and monitoring solutions such as New Relic. Experience integrating Generative AI into DevSecOps automation. Exposure to MLOps platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture and cloud-native application deployment. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and cloud security. Experience leading enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives. Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. Ability to mentor teams and drive modern DevSecOps practices across the organization.
