Salesforce Administrator

Primary responsibilities Administration and configuration of Kantata PSA User, security and master data management Pricing and rate card administration Resource management configuration (skills, availability, capacity, calendars, etc.) Reporting and dashboard maintenance First and second line user support Release and configuration management Documentation and governance User Training (new starters post go-live) Salesforce responsibilities (second line/absence cover) User administration Permission management Reports and dashboards Data quality Basic configuration changes Business support for Sales Cloud users Integration oversight The role would not be expected to develop integrations but should understand and monitor the interfaces between: Kantata Salesforce Sales Cloud NetSuite SuccessFactors via Celigo, including monitoring interface health, investigating failures, validating data synchronisation, proactively managing mappings and coordinating with technical support teams where required.
