SAP S4/HANA Workstream Lead

3 Musts:SAP Functional Expertise - SAP O2C, I2D, P2P, S2P and others (4/5)Good to have: R2R + COPA, COPCTesting Expertise using Jira or any test management toolExpert in Client communication (4/5)Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Test Lead to coordinate with the onsite team, manage test planning, and ensure high-quality delivery of functional testing activities. The role involves reviewing and updating test cases, driving execution, and providing timely status updates.Key Responsibilities:•Evaluate the AI-generated scenarios and test cases for clarity, completeness, and testability against the approved process flows•Validate inclusion of HARMAN customization and data where provided, referencing RICEFW, custom objects, and Celonis outputs•Apply the agreed quality acceptance criteria, capturing defects and change requests for iteration•Manage publishing to the test management tool, including field mapping, versioning, and baselining•Facilitate human-in-the-loop reviews with SMEs, record decisions, and track rework to closure•Maintain coverage matrices across documents, and provide status inputs on quality and readiness for SITGood to Have:Exposure to SAP S/4HANA testing.Familiarity with automation frameworks for SAP.
