Senior Software Testing Engineer

Technical SkillsB.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent5–8+ years of hands-on experience in functional testing, including at least 2+ years in a lead role.Strong expertise in test case design techniques (boundary, equivalence partitioning, state transition, etc.).Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with testing web, mobile, API, and/or microservices-based applications.Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman) is an advantage.Soft SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work in fast-paced environments.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.Must Haves:Functional Testing - 4/5Communication - 4/5Analytical - 4/5
