Manual Testing Team Lead - Capital Markets Domain (Depository) Experience - 7+Years Location - Mumbai (WFO) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Manual Testing with robust expertise in Depository operations, Depository Participant (DP) processes, and Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers, ensure high-quality product releases, drive testing best practices, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for depository-related applications. The candidate should possess robust manual testing experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to validate complex business workflows and data across applications and databases. Key Responsibilities: Test Leadership & Delivery Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual test engineers. Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and execution schedules. Review test cases and test results to ensure quality and completeness. Monitor testing progress and ensure timely delivery of releases. Identify testing risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices. Manage and lead a team of approximately 1520 members, ensuring optimal resource utilization and team productivity Manual Testing Activities Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios. Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing support. Validate end-to-end business workflows and transaction processing. Log, track, and manage defects through closure. Conduct root cause analysis for production and testing issues. Ensure complete traceability between requirements,test cases, and defects. Capital Markets Domain Testing Validate Depository Participant (DP) operations and transaction workflows.
