About the role
In this role as a Murex Tester at QualityKiosk Technologies, based in Mumbai with the flexibility for remote work, your primary responsibility will be evaluating and validating the functionality, performance, and usability of Murex financial software applications. Your daily tasks will include designing and executing test cases, conducting functional and regression testing, preparing test documentation, analyzing test results, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases. You will also be expected to identify and report bugs, perform troubleshooting, and deliver comprehensive test reports. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and validate the functionality, performance, and usability of Murex financial software applications - Design and execute test cases - Conduct functional and regression testing - Prepare test documentation - Analyze test results - Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases - Identify and report bugs - Perform troubleshooting - Deliver comprehensive test reports Qualifications: - Proficiency in Murex system functional testing and end-to-end validation - Strong knowledge of financial modules and capital markets-related products within Murex - Experience in designing test plans, writing test cases, and conducting tests aligned with project requirements - Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities - Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other bug-tracking systems is a plus - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Relevant certifications in Murex testing or quality engineering are advantageous In this role as a Murex Tester at QualityKiosk Technologies, based in Mumbai with the flexibility for remote work, your primary responsibility will be evaluating and validating the functionality, performance, and usability of Murex financial software applications.
