About the role
- Skills Required:4+ years of experience in experience in data testing, quality assurance, or data management \n- Familiarity with data testing and quality assurance tools, such as data profiling tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing, and database testing tools. \n- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to query, manipulate, and validate data. \n- Basic knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages for automating data testing. \n- Understanding of data governance principles and practices \n- Develop data testing strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data. \n- Execute data validation tests, including data profiling, data reconciliation, and data integrity checks, to identify anomalies and data quality issues. \n- Implement and maintain data testing automation frameworks and scripts to streamline and automate repetitive testing processes. \n- Create test cases and test scripts to validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources, databases, and data pipelines. \n- Continuously monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement \n- Detect, document, and report data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies to the relevant teams for resolution. \n- Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other teams to understand data structures, sources, and transformations. \n- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data testing processes, test cases, and test results. \n- Generate and provide reports on data quality metrics and findings to management and stakeholders. \n- Adhere to data governance policies and practices, contributing to the development and enforcement of data management standards. \n- Continuously improve data testing processes, tools, and methodologies to adapt to evolving data requirements and technologies. \n- Positive to have Healthcare domain experience. \n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functiona . .
