Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers. Define and implement the DevOps strategy, best practices, and standards for the organization. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes. Champion the use of IAC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure management. Ensure infrastructure changes are tracked and versioned. Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system availability and performance. Lead incident response and resolution efforts Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices and maintain compliance. Qualifications and Experience: 5 to 10 years Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate. Proven experience as a DevOps Lead (more than 5 + years) or similar leadership role. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python). Sound experience & knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with IAC and configuration management tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or DevOps Institute certifications are a plus
