About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Qualys, you will be responsible for growing the product portfolio of Qualys Sensors Management. You will play a key role in helping thousands of global enterprise customers secure their entire attack surface. This hands-on leadership role will involve working with a dynamic product team to define the future of Qualys Scanning. The role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the security market and within a world-class technology company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage roadmap, requirements, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features for Qualys Scanners and scanning engine. - Define and execute the technical roadmap for Qualys Scanners and scanning engine. - Collaborate with development and UX teams to iterate and refine product plans. - Identify and resolve tradeoffs and issues that might impede product delivery. - Define product themes, epics, and user stories as input to the product lifecycle. - Engage customers/prospects to identify market needs and define requirements. - Support Product Leadership with compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies. - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the product. - Support the Sales team with product pitch and demos for key accounts. Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in technical product management or 5 years of experience in technical leadership or as a SOC Analyst or in Pre-sales engineering in relevant domains. - Expertise in Asset Management, Policy Compliance, Vulnerability Management, and other adjacent cybersecurity domains is a strong plus. - Experience in managing end point agents. - Experience in defining roadmaps and technical requirements in a cross-product matrix environment. - Proficiency in product management skills such as time management, data analysis, project leadership, stakeholder management, authoring documentation, and specifications. - Experience leading technical teams and managing product owners. - Excitement to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
