Security Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and driving success for customers by proposing and architecting solutions based on their requirements and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to global customers, offering insights on asset and vulnerability management, patching, threat detection & response, compliance, and cloud and application security using the Qualys Platform - Collaborate with field workforce to support local and corporate growth ambitions by providing technical expertise and proposing solutions tailored to customer needs - Conduct proof-of-concepts/proof-of-value engagements to secure technical wins for strategic pursuits within assigned areas - Identify new use cases for the Qualys platform, address technical and business value gaps, and develop onboarding playbooks and technical reference architectures - Deliver various technical engagements including workshops, architecture design sessions, and post-sale deployment health checks - Communicate customer pain points, feature requests, and product feedback to Product Management and Product Engineering teams Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Infrastructure and Network security domains or popular public cloud infrastructure services or application security concepts - Experience with Qualys or other security and compliance platforms in a technical role - Ability to design complex architectures to solve security and compliance issues comprehensively - Knowledge of industry/compliance standards and frameworks - Prior experience engaging with customers to drive technical wins and resolve challenges - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and accountability Role Overview: Come work for Qualys, a company revolutionizing the market with its SaaS platform that addresses the toughest security and IT operations challenges.
