工作說明 / Job description:

1. Edge AI 平台硬體架構與電路設計 A.規劃 Edge AI Computing Platform 與 High Performance Computing Platform 硬體架構及主板設計。 B.依 AI Server、Edge Server、Industrial AI Server 應用，開發 AI Computing Module、Carrier Board、Server Main Board 與周邊硬體。 C.整合 NVIDIA、Qualcomm、NXP 等 AI SoC，以及 Intel Xeon、AMD EPYC x86 Server Platform。 D.整合 NVIDIA PCIe GPU、MGX、HGX 等 GPU Platform。 E.設計 PCIe Gen4/Gen5/Gen6、DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR、Ethernet、USB、MIPI CSI/DSI、SATA 等高速介面。 F.負責 Server Power Delivery、Power Tree、VRM、Clock、Reset 與 Power Sequencing 設計，並評估導入新技術與元件。
2. 設計審查、訊號驗證與硬體除錯 A.執行 Schematic、PCB Layout 與 BOM Review，確保硬體設計品質。 B.進行高速訊號完整性、SI/PI、DDR Training、Memory Debug、PCIe Link Training 與 Power Rail 驗證。 C.操作 Oscilloscope、Logic Analyzer、Protocol Analyzer、Network Analyzer 等實驗室設備。 D.執行 Board / Server / GPU Platform Bring-up、Hardware Debug、Root Cause Analysis 與 Design Improvement。
3. 系統整合、驗證與量產導入 A.負責 EVT、DVT、PVT 至量產階段之 Hardware Bring-up、平台驗證與問題分析。 B.配合 BIOS / BMC 驗證，執行 Thermal、Power、EMI/EMC、SI/PI 驗證與 Manufacturing Issue Debug。 C.推動良率改善與 NPI，並與 BIOS、BMC、Firmware、Linux BSP、AI Software、SI/PI、Mechanical、Thermal、Manufacturing 團隊協作。
4. 技術文件與平台技術支援 A.撰寫 Hardware Design Guide、Bring-up Guide、Debug Guide、Validation Report 與 Design Specification。 B.建立 Failure Analysis Report、Design Review Checklist，並提供 Customer Technical Support 與 Platform Enablement。

資格需求 / Requirements:

1. 專業技能 A.硬體設計與工具 Hardware Design、PCB Circuit Design、Allegro / OrCAD、Altium Designer、High Speed Design B.高速介面 PCIe Gen4 / Gen5、DDR4 / DDR5 / LPDDR4 / LPDDR5、Ethernet 1G / 10G / 25G / 100G、USB、MIPI CSI / DSI、SATA、NVMe、CXL（佳） C.平台與電源 Server Platform、Intel Xeon、AMD EPYC、NVIDIA GPU Platform、Server Power Design、VRM Design、Power Sequencing、Clock / Reset Architecture D.除錯與量測 Board Bring-up、Hardware / BIOS / BMC / PCIe / DDR Debug、Oscilloscope、Logic Analyzer、Protocol Analyzer
